In order to make an appointment at Low Vision Services of Kentucky, a patient must have been seen by an ophthalmologist or optometrist within the past year. If vision cannot be corrected with surgery, or with conventional spectacles, intraocular or contact lens refraction, ask your ophthalmologist or optometrist to refer you to Low Vision Services of Kentucky.
